Tasting Notes

Aromas of green apple and lemon peel are lifted by white flowers and a subtle mineral note. The palate is crisp and finely textured, with bright citrus, orchard fruit, and lively acidity. The finish is dry and precise, leaving a clean, refreshing impression.

Pairing Block

Food Pairing

Crémant de Savoie Brut Nature from Savoie offers brisk acidity, fine alpine minerality, and a bone-dry, precision-driven profile that suits dishes built on freshness, salt, and clean flavors. Its tight structure and restrained dosage work naturally with raw or lightly cooked seafood, alpine cheeses, and vegetable-forward plates, while its crisp mousse cuts neatly through fried or lightly creamy preparations. Try it with some local PNW crab dressed simply with lemon and herbs!

About the Producer

Founded in the 1970s and based in Chignin in the Savoie region, Domaine André et Michel Quenard is a family estate now run by Guillaume Quenard, farming roughly 20 hectares on steep limestone and clay slopes beneath the Bauges mountains. The domaine focuses on local Alpine varieties, including Jacquère, Roussanne known locally as Bergeron, Mondeuse, and Altesse. Vineyard work follows sustainable and largely organic practices with an emphasis on hand harvesting and careful parcel management across high-altitude sites. T
