Varietal Composition: 80% Frantoio 15% Moraiolo 3% Pendolino 2% Leccino
Elaboration: The olives are hand-picked at the end of October thru the beginning of November and then processed by cold continuous extraction.
Tasting Notes: Yellow-gold color, with clear green reflections. Intense and very fruity perfume (as just-picked olives). At the taste intense and very well structured, it is slightly aggressive in its youth, but gains grace and softness after a few months. Grown from Fattoria di Basciano’s own olive orchard covering 20 hectares on their property.
