Winemaker Notes: "The grapes for our Flein juices grow on steep slopes and are cultivated and harvested by hand. Early harvesting, gentle pressing—like champagne—and careful pasteurization preserve the varietal's characteristic aromas. This juice is made from one of the oldest grape varieties, the 'Gelber Muskateller.' The result is a juice with surprising freshness, structure, floral notes, and vibrant acidity."
