This lovely Cava Brut Rosado opens with refreshing aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry, and citrus peel, accented by subtle floral notes. On the palate, the wine is crisp and refreshing, with fine, persistent bubbles and a lightly textured mouthfeel. Red berry fruit carries through the mid-palate, balanced by firm acidity and a sea-spray like vibe.

About the Producer

The winery Mont Marçal Vinícola was founded in 1975 by Manuel Sancho who directed his activities towards making wine and cava after many years of dedication in the world of the music. Bardinet, a global wine & spirits company acquired the winery in 2015, but Mont Marcel’s philosophy and dedication to producing quality wines under the Denominations of Origén Penedès, Catalunya, and Cava continues to this day.
