On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with a rounded texture and moderate acidity. The fruit is ebullient and friendly, supported by savory and slightly nutty notes, with a hint of salinity. The finish is dry and persistent, with a balance between fruit, texture, and complexity.

Clos Cibonne is one of the most distinctive estates in Provence, located near the Mediterranean coast in the commune of Le Pradet. The estate dates back to the late 18th century but took its modern form under the Roux family, who continue to manage it today. Clos Cibonne holds the rare designation of Cru Classé within the Côtes de Provence, a classification originally established in 1955 to recognize a small group of historically significant estates. Unlike most producers in Provence, Clos Cibonne focuses on the local grape Tibouren and maintains a traditional approach to winemaking that sets it apart stylistically from the region’s more contemporary rosés.
