Savagnin from old vines farmed biodynamically. Vinified without a yeast veil (non-oxidative) to preserve finesse and freshness. Soft and mineral, with a slightly bitter and saline edge typical of the Jura. A wine for long aging, it can also be served at room temperature with creamy or spiced dishes, risotto, freshwater fish, and goat cheese.

Château d’Arlay is a fully family-owned estate with documented origins dating back to 1070, making it one of the oldest continuously held wine properties in France.
