2024 Marco Bonfante 'I Ronchetti' Gavi del Comune di Gavi DOCG

Clean fruit and citrus notes lead to elderflower, yellow apple, and pear. On the palate, the wine is refreshing, with a textural mineral component and citrus character. Just-ripened fruits that mirror the nose are balanced by firm acidity and a subtle sweetness, leading to a relatively direct, not extended, finish. 

Marco Bonfante is a family-run winery based in Nizza Monferrato, in the Piedmont region of northwest Italy. Although the Bonfante family has been involved in winemaking for eight generations, the current company, under siblings Marco and Micaela Bonfante, was formally established in 2000 following their father's death and the division of the original family estate.
