Pairing: It pairs beautifully with roast turkey glazed in citrus, where the wine’s bright notes mirror the tangy sweetness of the glaze, and its mineral backbone cuts through the turkey’s richness. Herb-crusted salmon finds a perfect partner in the wine’s grapefruit and passion fruit aromas, complementing the herbaceous crust while refreshing the palate. Honey-glazed ham benefits from the wine’s fruity brightness and minerality balance, offsetting the ham’s sweet and smoky profile. About: Château La Caussade is a historic family-owned winery in Sainte-Croix-du-Mont, Bordeaux. The Armand family has managed the estate for generations, with three generations currently involved. The family’s viticulture history dates back to the early 20th century, beginning as agricultural laborers before acquiring vineyards in Sainte-Croix-du-Mont. They formally established Château La Caussade in the 1930s. 

The family strongly believes in quality without compromise, as expressed in its motto: “Sans concession ni partage, la qualité avant tout !” or "Without concession or sharing, quality above all!" Augustin Allo Armand, representing the eighth generation, has joined the business, bringing a modern approach to engaging wine enthusiasts through digital communication.
