About the Producer

Umani Ronchi is based in Osimo, in Italy’s Marche region, and was founded more than sixty years ago in Cupramontana, in the heart of Verdicchio Classico country. In the late 1950s, Gino Umani Ronchi established a small farm devoted to viticulture. A few years later, the estate was purchased by Roberto Bianchi, a contractor from nearby Ancona with a strong passion for agriculture, and his son-in-law, the young political science graduate Massimo Bernetti.
