Tasting Notes: This floral apéritif is made of 76% Grape Must (composed of 50% Montils, 30% Colombard, and 20% Ugni Blanc) and 24% Cognac eau-de-vie. The grapes are pressed immediately after harvest and blended with the eau-de-vie. After resting for 6 months, the Pineau is aged in oak. Aged between 2–4 years, the length of aging fluctuates depending on how the flavors mature. 17% ABV
