Producer: The Postman’s Estate, better known as Domaine Le Facteur sur l’Évélo, is the creation of Fabien Brutout, a Loire native whose career has been focused on Chenin Blanc and the wines of Vouvray. After completing a university course in the wine industry and earning his degree in 2007, Brutout spent two years apprenticing with Sébastien Brunet in Vouvray. By late 2008, he joined the cellar team at Mathieu Cosme’s estate, where he worked full-time and further honed his craft.
