Flavors echo the nose with red berry compote, raspberry leaf, and a touch of white pepper, finishing with a clean, juicy snap and subtle stony minerality.



Pairing: The freshness, soft tannin profile, and vivid red fruit character of this Bourgogne Passe-Tout-Grains make it highly versatile at the table.
