Pairing: Its firm tannins and deep fruit profile pair well with grilled and roasted meats, such as ribeye steak, lamb chops, braised short ribs, and roasted pork. About: Justin Neufeld's winemaking began during his academic years at the University of Washington, where he pursued a degree in Microbiology.
