Taste: In the glass, the color is translucent yellow, edged with green highlights. Aromas begin with lemon curd and key lime, unfolding into jasmine, orange blossom, and subtle stone. The palate carries a yellow fruit framed by fresh green acidity, tapering into floral tones.
Pairing: To pair this wine with food, keep these five general rules in mind: balance richness with acidity; highlight citrus, herbs, and floral tones; lean toward lighter proteins; consider texture; and remember that salt and umami are friends.
