Notes: 30-50% whole bunch macerated for 10-15 days in wooden vats. Aged for 18-20 months in oak barrels, approximately 20% new. Ruby red in color with a nose of fresh red fruits. Crunchy red fruit on the palate, and though you could drink it now, this is absolutely worthy of laying down for at least three years.
