Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging for 20 months in 450 liter casks up to four years old.

Bright berry fruit and spice appear first, followed by more savory hints of iron, leather smoke and tobacco. This is a wine of significant character and complexity that will only continue to impress with age. It's a wine that can stand up to grilled meats or a bit of smoky/spiciness; think eggplant either in an Indian Baingan Bharta, or a Mediterranean Baba Ganoush.
