This sparkling Reserva DO CAVA is a reflection of the line of traditional cavas: finesse, elegance, freshness and balance. Since its first vintage, in 1988, it has always been made without the addition of sugar.
Fermentation at 15 ºC for 6 weeks.
Average aging in bottle of 24-30 months.
No shipping liquor or sugars after disgorging.
Semi-manual disgorging process.

Bright pale straw yellow color. Good release of
carbon with small bubbles.
Delicate aroma of white fruit (apple, pear),
aromatic herbs , lemon cream and citrus notes. Wide in the
mouth, persistent and creamy reminiscent of the feeling of a
"mousse". Delicate mineral notes enhancing the
feeling of freshness in the mouth at the end.
