This sparkling Reserva DO CAVA is a reflection of this line of traditional cavas: finesse, elegance, freshness, and balance. Since its first vintage, in 1988, it has always been made without the addition of sugar.

Varietals: 40% Xarel·lo, 40% Macabeo, 20% Parellada
Tasting Notes: Bright pale straw yellow color. Good release of carbon with small bubbles. Delicate aromas of white fruit (apple, pear), aromatic herbs, lemon cream, and citrus notes. Wide in the mouth, persistent and creamy reminiscent of the feeling of a "mousse". Delicate mineral notes enhance the feeling of freshness in the mouth at the end.
Pairing: Appetizers, ham, smoked meats, fish carpaccio, rice, pâtés, and cheeses.
