Since 2017, Arnaud Lambert has just brought together under his name the 28 hectares of the family estate of Saint-Just and the 30 hectares of the Château de Brézé owned by the Count of Colbert, which the latter has been operating since the beginning of this century. Located in Brézé, Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg and Montsoreau in Maine-et-Loire, the vineyard includes 7 clos. Attached very early on to working the soil and the environment, Arnaud Lambert is a scrupulous winegrower who marks his commitment through an approach close to biodynamics. This brings to the wines an undeniable purity with a superb inflection of style. The vinifications adapt to the soils of the different terroirs, for those predominantly sand, concrete or stainless steel vats are used. The juices from predominantly clay and limestone soils are descended and placed in barrels or tuns in tuffeau cellars.
