The extremely limited Infiné edition from Vouette & Sorbée is a unique and rare set of two Brut Nature champagnes. They are made by Bertrand Gautherot's daughter, Heloise, who will eventually take over the Vouette & Sorbée estate.

In this wooden box set is a bottle of Blanc de Blanc (100% Chardonnay) and a bottle of Blanc de Noir (100% Pinot Noir). Each bottle is made with grapes from the same parcel of Biaune on Kimmeridgian soil, with perpetual reserve wine. The bottles then spend 9 years on the lees before disgorgement. A true and deep exploration of terroir and the coupling of Kimmeridgian/Pinot Noir and Kimmeridgian/Chardonnay. Highly recommended to taste the two bottles together to get the most from this incredibly unique experience.
