Our first wine expert is the inimitable Beth Hickey. Beth's got over 20 years in the restaurant industry and is an Advanced Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers. She's also a rockstar mom to three kids (I met Beth for the first time through our former co-op pre-school, where she served on the Board).Beth's starting us off with a passion of hers, volcanic wine! She's going to talk to us all about Mount Etna, the active volcano on the east coast of Sicily. The two wines included in this pack are both from Azienda Agricola Francesco Tornatore.
