This Grower Champagne is from the 2012 harvest and was disgorged March 2017. This cuvee is 100% Pinot Blanc from a single parcel in the Aube, planted in the early 1900s. The nose is entirely unique with an aroma set of florals, pear, stone fruits and a hit of minerality. The palate is light on its feet with a clean and crisp flavor set of pear, citrus and mineral.
