Domaine Bonnet-Huteau is located in the heart of the Muscadet vineyards and the Sèvre et Maine appellation, 20 minutes from Nantes and 10 km from Clisson, a small town of character with Italian charm on the banks of the Sèvre Nantaise. The Domaine, a site of a medieval residence which was at the origin of the commune of Chapelle-Heulin, has produced Muscadet for over 150 years.
Jean-Jacques, Rémi Bonnet and Vincent Pineau, operate Domaine Bonnet-Huteau, striving to develop the full range of flavors of high-expression Muscadets and the minerality of each terroir: gneiss, mica schists, amphibolite and granite. Viticulture, respectful of the soil and nature, is now carried out using biodynamic methods (certified Biodyvin).
This traditional method comes from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It is a bubble of pleasure, fruity and gourmet with aromas of small red fruits.
