From: Lombardy, Italy
Varietal: Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes: This sparkling rosé has a pale pink color in the glass with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose shows delicate aromas of citrus fruits, red cherry, and hints of almond and hazelnut. On the palate, notes of cherry give way to a fresh, mineral feel and long, persistent finish.
Pairing: This wine would be a nice complement to fresh cheeses like mozzarella, carpaccio, sushi, sashimi, or other warm seafood appetizers.
