Great aromatic intensity reminiscent of a walk in the springtime. It evokes the cool, fresh air, a bunch of white flowers, jasmine, orange blossom, and rose. Aromas of anise and chamomile tea. Newly cut grass. Table grape, pineapple, peach, and a citric breeze. Pleasant on entry, light bodied and silky on the palate. Fantastic acidity that gives a great freshness to the wine.
2021 Bodegas Anadas ‘Care’ Blanco Sobre Lias Cariñena DO, Spain
60% Garnacha Blanco, 40% Chardonnay
Bright pale yellow color with green tones, that denote its youth. On the nose, the wine exudes fresh, clean and intense aromas that include citrus (lemon and mandarin zest), freshly cut apple, and pineapple. The palate has a perfect balance of freshness and acidity that gives the wine a lively and vibrant character. The flavors of the citrus, apple and pineapple continue on the palate, accompanied by a subtle mineral touch that finishes dry and clean.
2019 Francois Labet Pinot Noir, Ile de Beaute, Corsica
100% Pinot Noir
In the glass, the wine is a vibrant and alluring ruby red color, with a medium level of opacity that allows just enough light to shine through. The aromas are pronounced and complex, with an immediate burst of red fruit that includes cherry, raspberry, and cranberry, as well as a subtle hint of spice, such as cinnamon and clove. There's also a faint herbal note that adds an interesting dimension to the aroma profile, giving it a distinctly Mediterranean character that is unique to this wine.

This expression of Garnatxa has a freshness that articulates its origins near the coast of the Mediterranean; soft flavors of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry circulate on the nose and the palate, ebbing and flowing with hints of violet and pepper as the wine swells towards its vibrant, fruit-forward finish.

75% Garnacha, 25% Syrah
On the nose, the wine is aromatic, with notes of ripe blackberry, cherry, and plum, along with hints of vanilla, cinnamon, and cloves. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and smooth, with a velvety texture and flavors of dark fruit, chocolate, and spices. The tannins are well-integrated and provide structure to the wine, while the acidity is well-balanced, making it a great food wine.
