Tasting Notes: 2021 Amity White Pinot Noir is made without any oak usage, and is light on its feet. Aromas and flavors of white peach, lemon curd, winter melon, and Asian pear are all wrapped up nicely with a zesty rosewater and citrus note keeping everything so fresh and so clean.
