Tasting Notes: A lively bouquet of fresh violets and black plum blossoms mingled with fresh red raspberries wafts from this medium ruby-colored wine. Secondary aromatics of cedar plank, dates, smoked brisket, and potting soil emerge from the glass, adding to the wine’s complexity. Medium-bodied with polished tannin and a broad acidity that adds freshness on the palate, accompanied by a lingering finish of graphite and blueberry.
