It's 100% Viura with 5 months in oak, and shows intense aromas of starfruit, white peach that carry through to a creamy palate where notes of lime and spice emerge. Nicely cut, but not hard, and finishing with complex, juicy, fruit and a touch of salty minerality. Don't limit it to raw fish! This has more than enough interest to just sip or enjoy with any lighter fare.
