The Origin: It comes from the best grapes of Nebbiolo grown in the Langhe area, which gives us an elegant and fragrant Nebbiolo. The Aging: It ages in large oak barrels which enhances the elegance of Nebbiolo that after three years of aging it will become No Name. The Meaning: “I have chosen one of my best wines and I called it No Name as a quiet protest against the bureaucracy that afflicts Italian agriculture and the wine world.”
Tasting Notes: It has a garnet red color and hints of roses, violets, and light spicy notes. It has an elegant tannin.
Pairing: Delicious to pair with main courses of meat, braised meat, bacon, grilled meat, and aged cheeses.
