Bodegas F. Rubio is a winery and restaurant that fuses European cuisine with that of Mexico. The heart of the restaurant is the wine cellar, where guests are welcome to sample wines created at the nearby winery. The kitchen is headed up by head chef and owner Alexandro Rubio, whom F. Rubio is named after. F. Rubio's menu consists of salads, pizzas, ribs, and cheese platters with charcuterie featuring cured meat and local produce. Diners are encouraged to make a reservation ahead of time, as F. Rubio is a highly popular destination and seats fill up quickly, especially on weekends.
