Varietal: Garnacha, Garnacha Negra
Tasting Notes:
- View: Pink intense, clean and very bright strawberry.
- Nose: Good aromatic power, with red fruits, spices and fresh herbs.
- Mouth: fruity, light, tasty and with some meatiness. Good persistence.
Aging: aged between 24-30 months in bottle before disgorgement.
Preperation: for winemaking, selected upon arrival at the winery grapes, lightly macerated with the skins and fermented in tanks for 6 weeks.
Pairing: white meat in sauce, blue fish, grilled chicken, desserts pastry, risotto, meats, soft cheeses, snacks and white fish.
