Varietal: 50% Pinot Noir - 30% Chardonnay – 20% Pinot Meunier
Tasting Notes: Produced by blending Premier Cru classified terroirs, the character and power come from the high proportion of Pinots. Powerful nose with toasted bread notes, hints of apricot, and balanced acidity that is high-toned, but soft on the palate. Creamy texture and great elegance on the finish. The dosage of 5 g/L gives it a nice full and rounded quality.
Pairing: Open it as an aperitif, with a cheese and charcuterie plate, or, honestly this Champagne will flex to pair with anything as savory as a filet mignon!
